What we collect and why
- Profile and CV content — to build your factual profile and prepare applications you request.
- Work authorisation and sponsorship needs you state — to evaluate eligibility. We never infer immigration status from nationality.
- Application records — to show you exactly what was submitted.
- Optional demographic answers — stored separately and never used for matching.
We do not require passport uploads during onboarding.

- Cloud hosting, database and file storage provider
- AI model provider for CV extraction (content is not used to train shared models without your separate opt-in)
- Email delivery provider for account emails
Retention
Default retention is 24 months of inactivity, configurable in Settings. Deletion removes files, records and sign-in.
